Good for me the reason I say this is because it's hard to get to to remove the cap (I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis). Absolutely don't take off the cap while running (I made that mistake lol 😆). The photos show the colors alternating every two seconds (I think I might have missed the pink ... sorry 😥. I prefer removing it because I don't really care about the changing colors). This diffuser does a fine job with the scent it emits. It emits a slight mist that smells of everything you use permeate the air. I live in an apartment building where other people smoke my place. I can't handle it because it causes me migraines. This works well for masking the smell for me. I only use filtered / bottled water when using this. I know all metals can clog parts. Also, it only holds up to 100ml (there is a mark on the side indicating where to stop). This only allows it to go for 6 hours, then turns itself off. I like to run mine 24/7 (yes they smoke all night too).
